Air Suspension Systems

This system has been specially developed for delivery vans, pick-ups and campers with fixed axle loads.

The vehicle's original suspension system causes the rear suspension to lie too low when more heavily loaded. The consequensce of this is that pressure on the front axle is reduced, steering becomes poor and unresponsive, road holding becomes poorer, breaking distance become longer and lights dazzle. The vehicle's driving stability and comfort are reduced as a result.
The air suspension system ensures that the vehicle remains perfectly balanced under differing loading conditions. if the vehicle is heavily loaded, it can still be driven comfortably by self-adjusting the bellows to a normal driving position using two air valves.
Advantages of an auxiliary air-suspension system: considerable increase in stability and spring pressure, decrease in sensitivity to side winds, significantly improved road holding, always teh correct braking pressure, less wear and tear on tyres and simple assembly without drilling or welding.
